Davis Research is a lot more than just a 100 CFMC CATI station call center. We combine our extensive experience
with CATI interviewing, the knowledge of our research professionals who are here to help make your project a success, and our commitment to provide the highest
quality data available in the industry. We realize that our clients have many choices when it comes to telephone data collection, however we believe the reasons they
keep coming back are because of our ability to build partnerships and our desire to meet their needs in a timely and accurate manner.
Experience In the early 80’s, when most companies were doing surveys on paper, we embraced
CATI interviewing. Those years of experience have helped us understand what works and what doesn’t. The "Davis Difference" that we offer for telephone
interviewing is the experience that we have and are happy to share. We don’t simply read your survey and write the CATI program. We read it, help you monitor the
results, and offer ideas to help you get the most out of your project.
Research Professionals Each and every project has a dedicated project manager, whose full time job is to
help our clients. Our project managers do not write CATI programs or manage the call center. They are dedicated to helping our clients meet their goals. Many of our
project managers developed their skills in other departments or at other research companies, so they bring real world data collection experience, not just client management skills.
Quality Assurance We have a full time staff of quality assurance specialists, who are dedicated to
developing our interviewers and assuring that our client’s goals are met. Ensuring that the questions are read correctly is just the beginning of what they do. Our Quality
Assurance team helps convey the overall picture and purpose of the study to our interviewers, who will then be in a better position to encourage respondents to
participate. This allows us to achieve excellent response rates on long or controversial surveys.
