OVERVIEW: WHAT DO WE DO?
Highlights:
Davis Research specializes in the data collection, statistical analysis, and data processing portion of the Market Research
process. We take pride in ensuring the quality, integrity, and timeliness of the data for every study we conduct. In our Call Center we have been conducting English and Spanish, business and consumer telephone interviews in just about every industry since 1980. Combine this
with your personal project manager and our full-time quality assurance team and you
have a surefire recipe for project success study after study, year after year. Our two Focus Facilities can be configured for a variety of study types, including
traditional focus groups, television pilot testing, Internet website evaluations, and taste tests from our adjacent test kitchen. Our in-house recruiting team ensures that the quality of the respondents matches the quality of our facilities.
In addition to our in-house research facilities, we also have extensive experience with large scale automotive clinics across the country, mystery shopping, in-depth interviews, intercepts, and home product testing.
Once the data is collected, our seasoned Data Processing and Statistical Analysis team will generate your tabulations and reports, providing actionable information ready
for import into Excel, SPSS, or PowerPoint.
At Davis we are continually working to ensure that we are using the best techniques,
processes, and technologies to collect your data. This includes research into ways to apply traditional research techniques to new technologies (e.g. focus groups about web
sites), as well as ways to enhance those methodologies using technology (e.g. conducting concept testing using a combination of telephone and Internet interviewing). The technology management team works closely with your project manager to ensure your technology needs are seamlessly anticipated and met. should be your partner on your next research project. .
